Our daily schedule, on a regularly scheduled day, will go as follows:

8:40-8:55 Arrival
8:55-9:15 Morning Work and WBES
9:15-10:00 Resource
10:00-12:00 Integrated Literacy (Reading & Language Arts)
12:00-12:30 Lunch
12:30-1:00 Recess 
1:00-1:30 Flex Time (Will begin at a later date)
1:30-2:15 Science or Social Studies
2:15-3:30 Calendar Math & Math
3:30-3:40 Pack Up and Check Out
3:40-4:05 Dismissal

Our Resource Schedule




Today we started with an A day. The schedule will follow A-E, skipping over planned days off. In the event of an unplanned day off, we will miss that resource day as the rotation will stay the same.

Welcome to the 2015-2016 school year!

It's that time again, the beginning of a brand new school year! This is a wonderful time of the year, full of potential, kids hoping to make new friends and great first impressions, and a full schedule of things to learn and discover. I am so excited to meet our new students and to get started on all of the important work we have in store for 2nd grade.

Throughout the year I'll be posting updates here on our website, and you'll also find links to many of the sites we use for math enrichment.
